Returns

Returns and refunds are hassle-free when you buy from Pear Jewels, and we proudly offer services in Australia and the Philippines.

Our policy lasts 30 days. You can request a refund within 21 days of receiving your order. If 21 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Please email us at support@pearjewels.com to request a return for a refund within 21 days post-delivery.
  • Customized, personalized orders, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged as these items are made specifically on request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. The refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before your refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@pearjewels.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@pearjewels.com, and we will provide the return address.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at support@pearjewels.com before shipping any jewelry or gemstones. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $200. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
